hello everyone
i want to ask that if anybody got fail(lapes) in this attempt of foundation or in intermediate modules will he can study in the next module or only the refer students(i am talking on the basis of ICAP new rules effective from NOV 2006)

From Nov. 2006 onwards you can appear in two modules combinely, whether attempting full module or referrals.
But I can't understand, how people talk about attempting two modules after failing in a single module.

but can a person give two modules together if he got a lapes in the last mod or is this only the rule for the refer students

every sane person can give 2 <b>consecutive</b> modules in a single attempt,whether refer or lapse or fresh candidate

Revised Rule for Appearing in Modules A to D Examinations

Refer to the news item appeared in April 2006 Newsletter on the above subject, the effective date of the decision on Revised Rule for Appearing in Modules A to D Examinations has been changed, now students may appear in consecutive Modules A & B or B & C or C & D as a single attempt from Autumn 2006 Examinations.
