Salaam All

i m a Bachelors IT (4yrs)and MBA Finance. my current career is in technical department in media channel. i want to change my career to finance. i think finance has better scope, more options and bigger salary range as compared to technical. are my assumptions right?

i m looking forward to make a career in 'Risk Management' or 'Treasury' in the banking sector due to there good scope n salary which i heard from word of mouth. is Risk Management better or Treasury in terms of salary and scope.

i m being offered a account trainee position. should i take the offer for now since i have been applying for finance trainee jobs for a long time to no avail. can i enter the banking sector and afterwards Risk/Treasury after starting off in accounts?

wat certifications/degrees should i gain and how to take the career alongwith to gain access to Risk Management/Treasury in banking.

please guide, thankyou
