its a case from a past paper of mercantile law..

asim acquired a second hand photocopy machine in jan 2005 for his office. machine had been advertised by a deaker in office equipment, as a 2000 model in exellent condition little used. after a weeks use it broke down and needed extensive repairs. the service engineer told asim that machine was 1995 model and was obsolete. what rights, if any, asim has against the dealer under the sale of goods act 1930.

plz locate the sections to which it relates...thnx.
