Change of Particulars in Sales Tax Profile

Dear Forum Members
This is only to share my information with u.
Till July 2010 change of particulars in sales tax profile was handled from Islamabad .
Now this issue handle in relevant RTO .

1)previously mr. xyz was handling sales tax return of my factory, now i am given the task, should i amend the profile of mr.xyz on fbr web with my profile or can i go with the same.

2)currntly i am filing return based on his frofile on fbr web and at the time of refund send my CNIC copy and authority letter from my director with refund file, is it ok or not.
