Don't use bullet form in ur paper. The one & only way to clear it is by thoughly going through the whole syllabus.1.3 is not a paper which u could do by urself without any backgroung,so u have to go for a teacher for it.There r certain things that u won't understand even if u'll go through the book so ask questions from ur teacher.
Many students clear it in 2nd or 3rd attempt because they usually take it very easy and concentrate on other papers just don't make that mistake and u'll clear it in first attempt inshallah.

The paper has a high fail rate because feel as it a discursive paper, it does not require the same amount of study/ revision time and therefore ill prepared to sit the exam.

Read all articles by Graham Ball - examiner for the paper. Any articels that are recent or have not been tested should be revised throughly prior to the exam.

Prepare by practising as many previous exam standard questions as you can. Answer with sufficient information to attain the available marks per question.

You do need to learn all the theories!

See Ya
