Our Company is a private limited located in F-8 Islamabad. We want to change our registered office from F-8 to Rawalpindi. In my information, we are required to submit Form 21 with fee to S.E.C.P. to change the address our registered office. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Please also inform me if there will be any other effect on the company before/after changing its registered office from Capital Territory (Islamabad) to Rawalpindi District.
