Job Description
⢠Managing teams of professionals who are working on the assigned engagements.
⢠Manage the deliverables prepared by the team for subsequent review by the engagement manager.
⢠Provide technical expertise to ensure the assigned engagements are conducted to an appropriate standard.
⢠Act as a team leader and be able to both motivate and develop the people in his or her teams.

Required Skills The successful candidate will likely be
⢠A qualified accountant â ideally CA or ACCA, although other qualifications will be considered.
⢠Have a minimum of two years post qualification experience.
⢠Experience in audit of banks and financial institutions.
⢠Experience of managing engagements to ensure high quality deliverables are produced on a timely basis and within budget.
⢠A mature and flexible personality and the ability to work well in teams.
⢠Experience in a Big Four professional services firm would be an advantage.
⢠Must be well conversant in both Arabic and English.
⢠Positions exist across all levels.
