What are the alternatives available to a company for the allotment of debentures when there is over-subscription of debentures? <b></b><i></i><font color=pink></font id=pink><img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Hi,
The company will allot the debentures to deserving applicants and refund the money to those who were not alloted...there is no other alternative for the treatment of over subscription for debentures...
