As'salam-o-Alaikum,

Friends i am going to attempt module D in Autumn 2011 attempt. I am going to take coaching of two papers as i can't take coaching of all four papers. One will be Cost Accounting. I am confused for other subject whether it should be Auditing or Company Law. Friends what do you think which of these subjects (Auditing or Company Law) can be prepared without coaching?

I would say that comnpany law can be prepared without coaching. It's just theory and the only skill you need is good english. I did mercantile LAW without any sort of coaching in MOD B and cleared it in first attempt. But since accounts is concept based, you can't understand it on your own easily! Hope it helps.
