Dear Shoaib,

I wonder why, besides appearing to be a good professional, you some times leave using mind at all. Debate and discussion are quite different in their nature from the dialogue.

Any reconciliation is not desired here in these professional debates / discussions, as these are either purposed for conveying own ideas or to learn from others' thoughts and experiences, and are not meant for agreeing by some one or compelling some one to agree on some view point by any means.

If you concentrate, you will find the difference.
