Salam,

I had applied for ICAP exemptions on ACCA basis in March. After a lot of waiting and many delays today finally I've received a letter saying I've been granted the exemptions. However it seems my problems arent over yet. The letter says 'you are now required to submit your registration form with the Education and Training Department.' It gives no other details, now what is this registration form? And what was the form I submitted before? Funny that they cant even bother to explain themselves properly.

In today's world where efficiency is the benchmark of a good organisation it is sad to see our much esteemed institute taking months to process a simple application and even then having the inability to properly express what they want.

Horrible first experience with ICAP continues.

you don't need to do anything right now as for now you have the exemptions but when you will start training in any icap registered firm they will submit a training form on your behalf to icap. and the exemption letter merely tells about it so no need to get upset or worried should you need any help contact me
