any body plz explain the function or responsibilities of internal auditor or internal audit manager.

i might be having in internal audit job.so plz explain in short words

1. Preparation of audit plan and getting it approved from audit committee.
2. Developing audit programs for different areas
3. Execution of in accordance with audit plan
4. Reporting non adherence to IFRS, applicable Laws, Rule, Management Policies
5. Reporting on efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
6. Follow up of audit findings
7. Preparation of progress reports.
