improvements in examination system

I, on behalf of my college, am conducting a survey about what our students think that what improvements can be brought into the examination system of ICAP. we will then post these recommendations to ICAP. ICAP should bring all the qualities that a student (customer) need when compared with ACCA/ACA-England and Wales.
