Hello Guys!
I am a student of "MASTERS IN COMMERCE" at hailey colllege punjab university lahore.
Well my specialization is Finance and i also intend to advance my career in finance sector except Banks due to involvement of INTEREST.
Ok tell me some degree which can help me achieve this objective.
I queried about some international degrees and learnt that Chartered Fianancial Analyst was highest degree (may be).
Now it was costly and i decided to turn to Corporate Finance Qualification.
what woulod you suggest me
should i go abroad for CORPORATE FINANCE QUALIFICATION or should i try my luck locally with CIMA or ACCA and please tell me if ACCA or CIMA can help me advance my career in finance i.e FINANCE MANAGER.
OR SHould i go for MBA in LUMS or IBA

If you plan to make a career in accounting ie Finance Manager etc. I would recommend that you plan ahead for ACCA, since you have an accounting background it is very much achievable. ACCA is some thing that you can persue along with a full time job (based on M.com)and this is some thing that can be done at your own pace.

ACCA has a much wider scope compared to CIMA.

Btw,. is Ch. Nazir Sb. still the Principal/Dean

Well,asumanpk2001 has very rightly said that an MBA from lums (or IBA at least) would be the best choice as i personally call them /CA , as when ever u read a job adevertisment it is witten as CA/MBA.
On the other hand in the currunt Mrket Senario & based onth ground that u already had a MASTEr Degree from Reputed Institute, ACCA would be the best choice
