Accoutant1 is wrong coz if ur friend is graduate, he can start acca directly without CAT.
Your friend can also do CIMA but if its difficult for him, then CIMA will be too. UK qualifications doen't means that they are easy or something like. You have to study but they dont fail students on basis of market requirements.

I think, Mani is right. Your friend should do MBA instead.
