o Emerald Publishing Group Limited
o Taylor & Francis Journals
o Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences (INFORMS)
o Taylor & Francis E-Books, Agropedia or Europa World Plus
o Oxford University Press E-Books o Walter de Gruyter

The Digital Library Program provides researchers within public and private universities in Pakistan and nonprofit research and development organizations with access to international literture based on electronic (online) delivery, providing access to high quality, peer-reviewed journals, databases and articles across a wide range of disciplines.

Again a good step of account of ICAP.

I visited the website and am a bit confused about the contents. The major chunk of the resources is not relevant to the profession which should be the case here.

Please clarify if I am mistaken.
