Please explain me how to disclose the Subordinated director's loan in financial statements.
For example, Mr. A is director of ABC Company limited. He has given a loan of Rupees 100 Million to the Company and this loan is subordinated to the long term bank borrowings. Whether any disclosure is required for such loan. if yes, then what will be the disclosure.
Please reply with the wording of disclosure to be included in notes to the financial statements.
