Assalamulaikum to all
what the reasons that every where in the world the muslims are being slatured , killed , dishonoured , disgraced , deprived of their rights ,
THERE WAS A TIME THAT THE MUSLIMS USED TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF NON-MUSLIMS AND FOR THE PEOPLE OF ONLY ONE SHIP, USED TO GET INTO WAR WIHT SIX STATES(PPL NOT BEING THEIR RELITIVES OR EVEN COUNTRYFELLOWS)
BUT
IT'S THE TIME THE SKY IS WITTNESSING THAT IN EACH REGION OF THE WORLD THE BLOOD OF MUSLIMS IS SHREED ,
ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE MULSIMS

what is the crime of people of KAHSMIR
what is the crime of people of PHILISTINE
WHAT IS THE CRIME OF PEOPLE OF AFGHANISTAN
what is the crime of people of IRAQ
what is the crime of people of BOSNEEYA
what is the crime of people of INDONESIA

Their only crime is that they "BELIEVE IN ONE"

WHAT ARE THE REASONS THAT MUSLIMS ARE SO WEAK THAT THEY HAS TO BEG THEIR SAFETY FORM THOSE WHO ARE THIRSTY FOR THEIR BLOOD SICE CENTRUIES.

IS IT BECAUSE

MUSLIMS ARE LITTLE IN NUMBER
IS IT BECAUSE

THEY DONT HAVE MONEY
IS IT BECAUSE

THEY DONT HAVE TECHNOLOGY
IS IT BECAUSE

THEY DONT HAVE LEADERS
IS IT BECAUSE

THEY DONT HAVE UNITY
IS IT BECAUSE

THEY DONT HAVE EDUCATION
IS IT BECAUSE

THEY DONT HAVE INTELIGENT PEOPLE
IS IT BECAUSE

THEY DONT HAVE ......
THEY DONT HAVE ......... ??????????

WHAT DO U THINK

AND WHAT DO U SUGGEST.

i think that the main reason is that
there are no leaders in the muslim world due to which they cant face the challenges of today.

and its the rule of the world
that nations who has the power use it.
once the power was in the hands of muslims so they were using it justly and now when its out of there hands then they will have to face the circumstances

In a couple of sentences

Because we are un educated and have exploitive regimes running our governments (of the 50 plus Islamic countries how many have true represntative governments). All you will see are monarchies, sheikhdoms, military dictators, Civilian dictators, theocratic dictators.

We have also moved away from the teaching of the Deen, (I am not talking about the five prayers,, we still do that) look at our societies they are intolerant, unjust and devoid of fairness. The west (despite their moral degredation - (read sexual independance)) has taken up all of these Islamic values

Thank you Mr PRACS for your king responce.

you are very right in saying that we lack good independent leaders.

but is there any way out of this situation or not. ?
can we hope that muslims will come out form this situation any day
certainly the answar is YES
but what would be the actions that can taken to rectify it

in my opinion...........
We all call ourselves MUSLIM but we dont follow the teachings of Islam, We try to spread to Islam in 'Criticizing' and 'Aggressive' manner, which creates bad Impression on non muslims. Like the non-muslim world takes the word 'Jehaad' as Terrorism.

Progress has nothing to do with religion. In my opinion..... we just have to get our generations educated ....... invest major portion of budgets in education sector ..... encourage research ....... you'll see the results in a century .......... and PLEASE ..... get this "we have forgotten the teachings of Islam" thing out of your minds. The nations that are ruling us have nothing to do with Islam. They just have developed an efficient system for their departments to work. Justice department reqires to be very transparent if you need your other departments to work properly. Again ..... I am requesting you ppl ....... please keep religion out of it for a couple of centuries ........ Right now ..... we have to preserve what we are left with.

I agree with smraza. Unless we clear up our image in the world we are never going to get anywhere.

And ophie, what you have stated is exactly what Islam teaches us. Honesty, justice and education are few of the fundamental teachings of Islam.

And by the way when has our country really followed Islam. I don't think we've ever had any Islamic influences in the way things are done in our country. You say leave religion out, I say it's about time we give it a chance.

My two cents

Solution?
1. stop crying like a dog who's been kicked
2. come out of this siege mentality
3. grow an ego and some self-respect

The rightful share is given only to those who demand it... not to those who cry and beg for it.

Strong leaders autmatically pop-up among self-respecting ppl, and never among ppl with a loser mentality.

Totally Agreed with Pracs. Literacy breeds self-respect, self-confidence, innovation and the will to excel.

Some of you might know Dr. Khawaja Amjad Saeed, he was the author of some of the B.Com books and director of IBA lahore. He was a very good speaker. Once lecturing, someone asked him as to what would be the three main elements of national development. I have never seen him paused to think for an answer, but he paused on this question for a moment and replied, "education, education and education".
