Asslam-o-Allikum
any one help me out i deducted a invoice in may 11 for preparation of delivery challan but the delivery challan is only for sample now still the above mentioned invoice is zero by rates and the sample (Item name Quantity)mentioned actually i deducted this invoice to reduce the stock , and not showed in Sales Tax Return (Annex-C).
so can i issued this invoice No again but the sequence of invoice is disturb.this is old invoice
so please suggest me or their is any provision/Sales tax law regarding this tell me what i have to do.
