Recently, one of my teachers told me that C.A.s are nuthin more than a Munchi..they are like historians and when ever a transaction takes place their job is to record it and record all such transactions and and present them in a summarized and understandable...
Honestly speaking, this sounds really boring. I had in mind that C.A.s play an important role in decision making and other interesting stuf like that..
CAN ANYONE TELL ME THAT WHICH MATTERS IN A BUSINESS DO THEY REALY DEAL WITH?

Care to tell us if your teacher is an accountant ? accountants do more than just that, given the days of ERP systems there are no more 'passing of entries' (other than perhaps complex journal entries). CAs are also external and internal auditors, risk officers. There is a whole range of Financial and Product control, corporate finance, taxation I could go on.

On second thoughts may be Accountants are just Munshis!!!and....

I don't think this is any strange as people drive things depend on their preferances. For instance, one of my former bosses used to drive in everyday on a scooter and he was earning a six figure pound sterling package.

Diving a scooter in Lahore isn't all that fun as it would be in London !! I mean its hell driving a 'car' in central London on a weekday.

I presume your boss did work out of Central London.

chartered accountants are the fathers of any firm... who, by holding the finger of their children, direct them which way to go .. how to react etc. they are not accountants, they are business managers...!!!!!
