Hotel Accounting

I am in Riyadh and now I am switching my job from contracting Co. to a 4* hotel as a FM. Could any one please provide me the chart of accounts, audited accounts or financials of any five star or 4 star hotel.
Also is there any standard on Hotels accounting? kindly let me know.
