Flood Surcharge

Dear All,

as per my knowledge Flood Surcharges 15% on W.H.Tax is expense not W.H.Tax, will not be adjusted from tax liability. Please any elaborate, correct answer

flood surcharge tax is not consider as expense it is adjustable

Koi bhi Tax jo income par lagta hay wo Expense nahi ho sakta.

Income tax chunky income par lagta hay is liye wo expense nahi hay, or jab is income tax par flood surcharge lagy ga to wo bhi expense nahi ho ga.

Flood surcharge adjust nahi ho sakta Income tax k sath.

Jis tarhan ap apni final income ka tax treatment karty han bilkul usi tarhan say Surcharge ka treatment ho ga.
Yani k ap jo surcharge ap ka bany ga us yap return may Tax Computation may show karyn gay,
Or jo surcharge ap ka withheld ho ga usy ap Annex C may (Total Tax Deductions at source (Final Tax) may income tax k sath add kar k show karyn gay.

Jese commission per final hota hai to us per 15% surcharge final hi treat hoga...
