Dear All,
FED was levied on stock brokers through Financ Act 2009. Exact wording in schedule is;
"Serives provided or rendered by stock brokers"
I want to know whether it is applicable on brokerage commission earned by brokers or on other services i.e. advisory etc. as well?
Most of the brokers are also providing services like advisory, mergers & acquisition etc.
