As per my understanding all the firm fall in the definition of AOP as per I.T Ordinance 2001, if the status was registered firm before introduction of ordinance could you any body confirm me that regarding the deduction of tax at source, should it be deducted now?
If No then could you kindly refer me the circular or clause of Ordinance .
