U can take CBEs as soon as you get ur registration card, its not the issue. The issue is that u have to get registered Before 15th of the August if u want to take any Paper Based Examination ( like T5) in Dec attempt of the same year. Similarly 15th Feb is the deadline to get registered for the june attempt of the same year.

One thing more is that u can claim for exemption of ACCA paper F3 if u have passed CAT paper T6, nd F2 if u have passed CAT paper T7.

And the last thing which I want to add is that CAMS is not a good option at all, the management is very worst, they have cheated the students in more than one instances, they even cheated our batch. Choose any other institute, like Mirchawala, KnS, TSA, Alhamd, all are good options.
