....well on 19th Dec, 13 IAS have been revised and 1 withdrawn.......
which makes the book a bit obsolete.

I dont think that ICAP will test these new IASes in the next exam. They have a policy of setting a cut-off date of about six months before examination and i think these IASes were released after that cutoff date.
