Audit Experience for CImA/Icma

Dear Forum Members I have few Questions regarding my career!

Is Experience in Audit Worthy for CImAs/ICMAs?
Can they find good jobs and Excel in their related feilds on the basis of Audit Experience ?

basically cima/icma are known for their specialization in management accounting and therefore it would be better to join the industry rather than an audit firm
