Hi Alls
They say
One of traits of good professional is that he changes his employer every three years
Does same applies on us CA Trainees too
should we change our firm after 1.5-2 years(atleast ones in 3.5 years tenure)of articalship (as new firm means new enviorment (new things to learn) new co workers, new clients etc).
if not this then atleast we should try to change our Reporting Partner after same tenour.
