I have been inducted in deloitte as a trainee from CA background. Just want to ask how good deloitte is for career. I am asking about how good the firm itself is?

Which city is this? Deloitte is a mystery to me because I have heard nothing about their process from anyone while you get news about all other firms recruitment going on.

Yes its one of the Big 4 and while most people prefer the other firms of Big 4 are over Deloitte, its is still a very good firm and you should consider yourself fortunate to have this opportunity. I've heard thought that Deloiite is quite strict to students with regards leaves etc so be ready for tough time )

I have heard that leaves policy has been revised in Deloitte Karachi and now it's not as tough as it used to be in the past. Anyway, all the best to new trainees.
