How to Use Accountancy Forum Features

Can anyone help me on the following
i have just joined a newly established small company where i have to record payments and receipts (software development company)
i have purchased a CD of different software from which i selected BUSY accounting software.
it is very easy and appropriate software for the company's requirement but there is a problem that after recording one month's entries it is not recording further and showing trial version problem even it has a crack file.
i don't know what i am mistaking while cracking.................
Please help me if any one can.
