Need help in Articleship

Slam ppl.
I am new in this forum... and honestly I googled it for looking information about CA.
well i wish ur support AS I Have done BBA hons and now trying go for CA articles (direct program).
But taking hard time to find any good reputed firm for their hire. I dropped more than 25 CVs in different audit firm, but they mainly require some REFERENCE which i ve not in this FIELD as i am only member in my family who choose accounting as profession.
so any one of u ppl could help and give a reference for any good reputed firm.

Dear I was also thinking to register with ICAP under Direct graduate trainee scheme but if you are facing such type of difficulty then what we will do? Where we will find such reference?
I phoned ICAP and told them about this situation and they said that if you are not hired by one firm then try another.
However see what other’s say[?]
