hi, you can get a copy of the published IAS by ICAP for a few hundred rupees at any of the ICAP offices. you can also check for the IAS committee's website on a search engine. icap or icaew websites must have some info too.

IAS are changing continuously with atleast three standards being revised in the previous week... Also keep yourself updated with those revised standards through this thing we call 'internet'.
