sorry dunno. but i can give u a couple of advices!
first, u can make sure tht u only or ur trusted bro/sis pickup the result card from the postman this can make things better
second, if anyone of the above people r'nt replying, then it'd be a good idea to sent them an email asking them to reply to this thread., each of them. this usually works for me.
