Dear

First of all search the forum. Already enough is written about your questions for CPA.

C's and B's do not matter much as long as you are persistent and willing to do hardwork in future studies. Those were your past, don't make them your future.

You can consider CPA from USA, if you already have US visa or can get it in future or can go to USA legally somehow and write exams there as CPA exams are only conducted in USA. Otherwise leave CPA and do something else.

Requirements (quite complex issue) and fees vary from one Board of accounting to another Board. Following links may help you to dig further;
http//www.aicpa.org/yellow/ypsboa.htm

http//www.cpanet.com/cpa_forum/default.asp

http//www.nasba.org/nasbaweb/NASBAWeb.nsf/WPHP?OpenForm

Generally, it needs 150 credit hours of courses (normally equivalent to masters degree in accounting and business) and working experience under licensed CPA.

I hope it helps.

Best Wishes

Dear Tariq

I wrote <b>generally</b>, and by the time he would be eligible all the leftover States would need 150 Cr. Hrs, as all would have to go eventually to 150 cr. hrs.

Agreed.

I just provided the information in general for those who may plan to register for current period.
