European VAT returns

For my research I need to get my hands on the VAT 100 /VAT return equivalent forms for all of the EC member countries. For example if I set up a company in France and registered for "TVA" what does the form look like and is it a similar format to the UK standard form?

I appreciate that all European VAT schemes are different but I have been landed with a study project to discover the reporting differences......

If anyone knows of an online shortcut or really gets this subject area I would be grateful for some pointers
