the trainees stipend should be increased as the current stipend is even below what a unskilled labor gets in a month and below our labor laws.
The recent increase of Rs.550 to 2500 is not enough and this shuld be increased to atleast 5000 so to maintain a level of integrity and motiviation to do work commitedly. The stipend should be reviewed considering the needs of the students and the inflationery level.

Comments are welcome?????

Yes i agree with you but this is available in some of the most reputed firms. eg ferguson

Make an appointment to follow up with your advisor at a later date. That turns the advice into goals, and the follow through into a contract.

Yes, I agree that stipend of students should be increased, but we should keep in mind that these kind of decisions are taken by Babas e ICAP, and most of them are the partners of firms, and definately they are not going to increase their cost, but good partners compensate their trainees from the clients pocket.
