Bad result - Need help

today in announcement of results only my fenglish is passed but QT &ECO are reffered now what wiil i do in next attemt.&the most important is that had attempted my ECO 100%.pls beleive me i just cant realize that it is reffered .how could it done pls guide me&can rechecing be helpful in this regard.pls gauid me i m anxiusly waiting plssssssssssssss.thanks
