You cannot say that CAMS is the best but it has a good record. Actually in ACCA there is no need to stick to 1 institute, you can study for each paper from any teacher just like private tuitions. But that makes life difficult.
As for your other question I would not like to respond on this forum. Perhaps if you email me or give your email then I may be able to reply.
