i am putting this topic for debate.
1. can some of the medium size firms in pakistan replace any of the big-4s ( at the moment in pakistan) through mergers??? especially when every sensible regulatory authority in the world is trying to devise different ways so that auditors are replaced after some time ( after enron debacle).
2. what will be the problems in achieving this objective??

The question you've asked is quite relative. I mean what exactly do you mean by 'replace' i.e. what is the yardsticks. Hope i'm making sense
