Is it possible to join Big4 before results?

IS there any option for me to join Big4 before results?

I have passed 10 papers of CA and resulting awaiting for remaining 2 papers of CA INTER.

At the Same time i have a B.com Hons Degree.

I need guidance from u.

Bhai jan, I wish to know about the induction in E&y or Delliote.
As these firms not provide such info on their websites.
