well i am not from india but ine thing that i know that indias accounting is much far better from our in pak cuz theer are some writers of india <like Shukla jee> whoms books are also being study in pak and our teachers refer it also.

If Indian accounting is good, I guess it should have great prospects for CA qualified individuals... Whereas this contradicts to what an Indian friend told me... He said CAs in India get a starting salary of not more than Rs.15,000.
I wonder who's correct.
