The work scope and knowledge of almost all Chartered Accountants is the same... It basically depends on the individual himself and the field he's in (eg, Risk Management, Financial Analysing, Audit)... Because if you look closely, ACCA has a good syllabus outline as well, but an ACA is considered more competent than an ACCA in Pakistan... And why is that so?... Because of the 'four year articles' along with the impossible to understand passing criteria of ICAP.
