I am currently a junior accounts Clark working in an accountancy practice with multipal directors in the UK. I'm coming to the end of my AAT (MAAT)studies and plan to and achieve ACA there after and ultimately go on to become a director.

Although what is the process involved in becoming a director?

Would I have to buy into the company? etc

Cheers
