Salam. How are you all.

Im very close to the stage of become an ACCA Affiliate (last attempt this June hopefully) and now im looking for the next big step, the job criteria.

This is what Ive been thinking about. Is it always the firms ? As an ACCA, its relevant experience requirment and not mandatory audit training right?

So do I have to go for a firm ? Ill be honest, Im not that good on audit. By far the best Ive been at yet is Cost and Managment Accounting, so thats what Im looking to get a career in.

So here is my question, what other options do I have open ? The Cost and Managment world directly points ones mind to the Manufacturing Businesses, which makes my mind click towards names like Unilever, Engro, Bayer and other Pharmacueticals.

Will starting a job in these places give me good training ?

Similarly, are Banks the best option for Finance if I opt for that instead ?

In short what Im trying to ask is will I get sufficient training and grooming if I do not go for a firm AND im not wanting to go for audit at all ?
