I don't agree with Omar Saleh Ahmed as well... In Pakistan, CA's certainly have a starting, an average, and overall salary more than ACCA's wherever you go...
However, this fact is valid for ACCA's only, not ACCA+CA's.
And just stating an opinion, I THINK that it still will take round about 6-8 years more for ACCA to be completely acceptable as a proper qualification in firms here in Pakistan. Although, CA's will ofcourse again be preferred over them.
