the first one is i came to know that u need 100% marks in the last semester of ACCA to pass i want to know if that's true?
second one is what is the amount u have to pay to be a member of ACCA and to be called ACCA and for how long u have to pay it?

There are no semesters of ACCA. Just two sessions in a year and totally up to you whether you want to give one exam or four or none at all. In ALL the exams of ACCA, you need to obtain 50% marks to achieve a pass in that exam.

When you register with ACCA, apart from the exam fees you have to pay an Annual Subscription fee each year in pounds. I think it was 65 pounds this year, not sure though. Once you have cleared all your exams and completed your training period, you have to pay a membership fee every year. That fee you will have to pay as long as you want to be called an ACCA ( for me that means the rest of my life [D]).
