Please People! It is highly un-ethical to make fun of a professional firm in a general discussion forum.

Agreed with Nauman,
Really it seems unethical that we make "Khalid Majid Rehman Sarfaz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq Bowman Guybrush",

what about this ???
"Khalid Majid Rehman Sarfraz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq Bowman Guybrush Muhammad Nauman smraza Poooooooh" D

now i think it seems ethical D,

but the problem is that if we will be telling our name to somebody else, then we may hear the voices,
Hazir Janaaaab,
Hazir Janaaaab,
Hazir Janaaaab,
Hazir Janaaaab,
Hazir Janaaaab,
Hazir Janaaaab,
Hazir Janaaaab,
Hazir Janaaaab,
Hazir Janaaaab, D

Oo paa jee par aae tay dassoo, ke Khalid Ansari Paa Jee noo Lat Pay gayee keh nahi ?????
bcaz i m on study leaves, and i want to hear the goodnews when i m back to the firm.

Nauman seems to have gholo'fied and drunk up ICAP's code of ethics.<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle> As i can remember he was also reminding us of the ethics in another forum a few days back.

Chill out nauman, we don't mean bad to any firm. But if the subjects are kept too dry, they tend to lose their interest.

On the other hand, firms which have such <font size=6>Long</font id=size6> names deserve to be ridiculed. These partners have such big, bloated egos that they all want to see their names included in the firm's name and will even go to the lengths of breaking the partnership if their names arent included! I've actually seen this happen once.

Its “Sad” that you are insisting on your mistake.

Dear I am not talking of ICAP’s code of ethics. There are also ethical principles of society as a whole. This is un-ethical by any means.

Accountancy.com.pk including this forum is representing accounting profession of Pakistan all over the world and we should respect it.

We are not contorting anybody's names Nauman, just passing remarks about the length of a firm name. As i've said before, you take things too seriously and you should learn to chill out a bit more.

I have this long-time habit of calling Pepsi 'Tipsi' and Coke 'Choke', so does this make me an unethical guy? I don't think that it does, its just light humor... nothing else.

If you are still unable to understand my point, then heaven help u. And besides, if you are so worried about the world reading what we write over here about our firms, their practices and their culture, then maybe you should adivse the firms to clean up their acts so that nobody would talk about them in a negative fashion in the first place instead of sermonising us.

This is just a simple advice, so dont take anything too personally.

Well.....let us know where should we make fun of the firm ??? U said that we cant do it in a General discussion forum <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

Comeon yaar chill out.... do you think that 4 billion people daily log on to this forum to see what we are talking about

Or are you Mr. Khalid or Mr Majid or Mr Rehman or whatever himself??? and that the reason you are so disappointed!!!!!
