Management Accountants are heading on the way to the peak, all over the business world. Has this trend started impacting in our business society too? Will ICMAP not be able to carry this pace which is presently initiated to turn professional domination in its favor?

Yeah in pakistan cost and management accountants are on the rise too. Here, in pakistan there are many post which are for cost and management accountants, but at the moment CAs are there.
I know only about the markete of Faisalabad. Here in textile sector, ICMAs were available a couple of years back at around 10,000. now they are getting at least 30,000 with a year or two experience.
There is only one reason, why cost and management accountants are not getting their due share.
and that's because our manufacturing organisations are not that much developed, so people don't learn that much while working their. but on the other hand CAs learn a lot while doing articles and visiting various places. with the time, organisations are developing so a person while working can develop himself a bit more.
I think other members will agree that sallary packages for CAs are a bit stagnant but those of ACMAs are increasing.
However these are my personal thoughts and i am a student of ICAP.

wa la salam!!, wa la kalam!!
