it is right that mcom has no value. my personal advice to you would be that you do some two years master and complete 16 year education. work and get experience of atleast 2 years and then try for MBA in lums, iba or second choice szabist and iobm.

is m.com from any institute is not valueable ? like from hailey college of commerce or university of managment and technology , umt's cource is accounding to acca cource and there is some exemptions after m.com from umt in acca
also tell if i would join acca . either i join now or after my masters

well i cant advise you about acca but i can list some good options that you have.

you can go for CImA or ACCA as both are accounting qualifications.

dont do mcom unless you plan to study further. bcz only mcom will take you nowhere. when it comes to hiring accountants for whatever post, companies prefer ca, acca, cima or mba finance.

YAR IF U WANA SETTLE IN PAKISTAN u shud start ur MCOM EITHER FROM AIOU OR PU.ITS WORTH DOING OTHER WISE THERE ARE A NUMBER OF MASTERS SCHOLARSHIPS.
U CAN APPLY FOR UK,AUSTRALIA,NEWZEALAND,GERMANY ETC
IF PLAN TO RESIDE IN PAKISTAN,U CAN DO SIDE BY SIDE MCOM(PRIVATE) AND ACCA.
IF U COMPLETE UR ACCA ITS EQUIVALENT TO BACHOLERS.U CAN ALSO GO FOR BSc IN APPLIED ACCOUNTING WHICH IS RECOGNIZED BY HEC
U CAN CLAIM EXEMPTIONS IN CA(ICAP) THEREAFTER UPTO D MODULE
U CAN GO FOR ICAEW(ACA) AFTER ACCA
U CAN GO FOR CFA.

WHILE ACCA & CIMA,BOTH ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT FIELDS.
ONE DEALS WID FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND OTHER WID MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING RESPECTIVELY
BOTH HAVE SAME LEVEL WHEN V SEE AT A COMPANY LEVEL.
ONE SHUD GO FOR A DEGREE WHICH WOULD ENHANCE HIS JOB LEVEL.

I HOPE THIS HELPS.
WARM REGARDS
