HEY BUDDY, WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS CHECK OUT ICAP'S RECOMMENDED BOOKS. BUT GENERALLY WE USE ORIGINAL BOOKLET OF AUDITING STANDARDS, MATS USRY'S COST A/C, BPP AND CASE AND PARKERS' MIS FOR IT AND FINALLY COMPANIES ORD 1984 FOR C-LAW. ALL YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL IS NOT TO GET INTO TROUBLE BY USING ANY BOOKS PUBLISHED BY PROFESSIONALS` ACADEMY OF COMMERCE CAUSE THE BOOKS HAVE BEEN PURPOSELY WRITTEN TO GET THE STUDENTS FAILED AND USUALLY COVER LESS THAN 50 PERCENT OF TOTAL SYLLABUS. BEST OF LUCK.
